lyrics
Wave after wave of pointless exchange. How could a coherent thought make its presence known? If I hear another unnecessary acronym, I swear I'm going to erupt. Where was I when the world decided to regress? I imagine my vote would've gone the other way. I kind of hope everyone's wearing a mask and that they're different than the drones that they portray. I brought my friends to the fight, awareness and pattern recognition. They haven't failed me yet though they only worsen my premonition. I feel like I've been thrown in the lion's den. Instead of lions, they're all simpletons. I prefer bring observant over dealing with a daily deterrent. Just like my father, I don't have high hopes for what's to come. To sons and daughters, when you destroy, it can not be undone. Break down the walls of your ignorance. Break apart the crutches you cling to. Open your mind, there's so much more that we don't know. Don't be so blind. The system will try to dumb you down.
